A taste of triathlon especially for kids
XTERRA Kids is a super-fun off-road triathlon for competitors aged up to 14 years that gives kids their own dose of adventure. The event gives kids their own course and is conducted in a semi supervised way such that they feel part of it whilst never straying too far from the event expo area.
The race includes the same mix of disciplines and off-road terrain as the adult races but tones down the length and the technical difficulty so kids can complete it with a smile on their face from start to finish.

- 200m ocean swim
- 5.5km mountain bike
- 2.6km coastal trail run
Who: Kids under 15 years (on race day), competing as individuals and in relay teams
